By using Voicero, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this text carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting the Voicero discord bot to your server, using its commands, or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and Discord's own Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to the rules, you must remove the bot from your server.

2. Use of Service and Restrictions

Users must use Voicero only for its intended purpose (voice channel management). The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Spamming the bot's commands to push server or Discord API limits (Rate Limit violations).
  • Searching for system vulnerabilities (bugs), exploiting them, or intentionally trying to disrupt the bot's operation.
  • Using the bot as a tool in servers that contain illegal activities, hate speech, or bullying.

3. Premium System and Refunds

Voicero features a Premium system that offers extra features:

  • Premium perks are assigned to the user or a specific server based on the purchased package.
  • Since it is a digital service, refunds are strictly not provided for purchased Premium memberships.
  • Premium rights of individuals who are suspended (banned) from the system for violating the terms of service are canceled and refunds cannot be requested.

4. Outages and Uptime

The Voicero team does its best to keep the bot running 24/7 (high-performance SQLite and server infrastructure). However, a 100% uptime guarantee is not provided for momentary interruptions due to Discord API crashes, maintenance work, or unexpected technical failures.

5. Limitation of Liability

Voicero is provided as is . Voicero developers cannot be held responsible for any data loss, channel deletion, permission confusion, or disputes between users that may occur on your server during the use of the bot. It is the server owner's responsibility to ensure the bot is properly authorized.

6. Termination of Service (Blacklist)

Voicero management reserves the right to Blacklist users and servers that violate these terms, intentionally harm the bot, or behave inappropriately toward the support team, without prior notice.
