1. Data We Collect

To provide you with uninterrupted service, Voicero collects and stores only the following essential data via the Discord API:

• User IDs: To determine room ownership, manage ban/permit systems, and verify your premium status.
• Guild IDs: To remember server-specific setup channels (/setup) and server premium status.
• Room Preferences: Your customized room names, user limits, and lock statuses.

2. Purpose of Data Use

The collected data is strictly not used for profiling or displaying ads. Your data is processed only for the following purposes:

• To ensure your private voice rooms remain under your control.
• To remember your previous settings when you close or reopen a room.
• To prevent abuse (Blacklist and ban systems).

3. Data Storage and Security (SQLite)

Voicero stores your data in a high-performance and secure SQLite database infrastructure. Our database is kept in closed-circuit systems and is completely closed to external access. The bot NEVER listens, records, or stores your messages in text channels or conversations in voice channels.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Your user data is never shared or sold to any institution, company, advertiser, or third party. Your data remains strictly within Voicero's own ecosystem for the bot to function.

5. Data Deletion

When you kick the bot from your server, your server's setup data and channels are automatically deleted from our system. However, Voicero reserves the right to change this policy, retain or process data for a certain period for security and operational reasons.
